About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of projects ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
- Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to translate into functional specifications.
- Coordinate between business and technical teams, manage stakeholder communication, risks, and facilitate UAT to ensure requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting.
- Strong background in business analysis with expertise in requirement gathering and functional analysis.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing IT/software product or service projects, preferably with distributed or international teams.
- Skilled at stakeholder management and client communication in complex project environments.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum frameworks and capable of bridging business and technical teams effectively.
