About This Role
- Own and manage the product backlog, aligning with product vision and business objectives focused on insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with insurance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and drive product lifecycle activities including testing support, defect triage, and release readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years overall experience including at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile software delivery.
- Strong insurance domain experience, preferably in Property and Casualty insurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and good understanding of insurance product configuration and policy administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product backlogs and delivering insurance domain products within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle, rating, underwriting, and related business rules to inform product decisions.
- Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineering teams to drive delivery and product adoption.
