About This Role
- Own end-to-end project management from scoping, planning, implementation to deployment for Salesforce solutions.
- Lead client workshops and brainstorming sessions to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce implementations.
- Monitor project deliverables, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide technical team on Salesforce solution development and execution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years overall work experience; minimum 5 years in Salesforce roles.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce technical platform (apex, triggers, flows, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL) and schema design for complex projects.
- At least 2 additional Salesforce product experiences (e.g., Field Service, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Tableau, Health Cloud).
- Must hold Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications I & II; experience with Agile project management tools (Monday, Jira) and methodologies.
