Technically strong data scientist/ML engineer ready to take on leadership and mentoring responsibilities within a risk & compliance analytics context.
Experienced in production-grade ML model lifecycle, regulatory model governance, and advanced AI techniques including NLP and generative AI.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with business, risk officers, compliance, technology teams, and steering complex analytics projects with stakeholder influence.
