About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and AI-enabled solutions including architecture, development, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
- Manage cross-functional engineering teams, mentoring and enforcing engineering standards, and driving solution design and technical decisions.
- Engage directly with clients for requirements gathering, solution shaping, technical storytelling, and influencing product and platform improvements across Deloitte Cyber Engineering offerings.
Minimum Requirements
- 9–15 years of experience in software engineering with leadership of full-stack teams and complex deliveries.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python frameworks, Java Spring Boot).
- 2+ years hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI or LLM-based AI solutions using platforms like Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing full delivery life cycle of cybersecurity and AI-enabled software solutions in client environments.
- Strong technical depth spanning frontend, backend, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and AI application design within enterprise or consulting contexts.
- Skilled in client interaction and translating ambiguous technical/business requirements into scalable, secure production solutions, including solution shaping and pre-sales support.
