Mid-senior FP&A at a known US SaaS firm with general FP&A skills increases competition.
SaaS subscription metrics, ASC606 knowledge and FP&A specificity limit cross-industry transfer.
Explicit 6–9 years FP&A requirement plus mandatory EPM, Excel and BI tools makes screening strict.
Own end-to-end monthly financial reporting, analytics, and commentary for assigned products and segments, including P&L and headcount metrics.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close activities in coordination with US Finance partners and accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
Drive AI-enabled automation and process improvements for recurring FP&A tasks, and collaborate with global finance leadership and business partners to influence data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CA or ICWA is a plus.
6–9 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in FP&A.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise EPM/ERP platform experience (Oracle EPM preferred).
Experience supporting US-based or global finance organizations in a shared-services or captive model is preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced FP&A professional capable of managing complex, subscription-based financial models and SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
Competent in leveraging AI tools for finance analytics, including prompt-writing and validating AI outputs to improve efficiency without compromising accuracy.
Able to operate effectively across distributed global teams, owning deliverables with minimal review and partnering with senior US stakeholders on financial analysis and forecasting.
