About This Role
- Partner with cross-functional teams including divisional business, product owners, IT, and ServiceNow operations to gather and define user stories and solutions.
- Own High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) from a functional and business perspective for ServiceNow-related processes.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization within ServiceNow platforms and business workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Strong functional experience with ServiceNow including configuration, scripting basics, integration, Service Portals/ESC, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Workspace, Process Automation playbooks.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) module.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling full lifecycle business analysis with deep knowledge of ServiceNow data models and best practices across multiple applications.
- Capable of producing detailed functional and technical specifications, process flows, and managing multiple priorities in a complex environment.
- Background or familiarity with Manufacturing Commercial Operations, Accounts Payable Operations, or Field Service Management domains is a plus.
