About This Role
- Lead SAP Basis technical activities for traditional AMS services, including support projects, upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and archiving support.
- Manage SAP Basis administration including support packages, printer configuration, BEx installation, and Solution Manager support across ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, and BODS systems.
- Work flexible shifts (6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, 10PM-6AM) with communication responsibilities in a client service environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant SAP Basis consulting experience.
- Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in SAP administration, support packages, printer config, BEx installation, Solution Manager supporting ECC, PI, BW, APO, GATP, BODS.
- Willingness and ability to work multiple rotating shifts as per project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in SAP Basis support with hands-on experience in upgrades and OS/DB migrations including archiving.
- Strong communication skills able to interface between technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity or certifications in SAP Basis; knowledge of cloud platforms and databases such as Azure and Sybase MAXDB considered a plus.
