About This Role
- Lead product requirements definition and manage scope for a ServiceNow implementation program.
- Coordinate across multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality products through the software project lifecycle.
- Act as scrum master managing project schedules, release milestones, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in Business Analysis or related technical fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience specifically in ServiceNow implementation.
- Experience managing end-to-end software development programs involving multiple engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and skilled in scrum master responsibilities driving development sprints.
- Knowledgeable in ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules relevant to ServiceNow implementations.
- Capable of cross-functional coordination involving technical and non-technical stakeholders for program delivery.
