Location requirement: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune.
Experienced in M&A advisory with functional expertise in Finance and/or Operations focusing on integration and carve-out tasks.
Ability to manage multiple work streams and mentor junior consultants in a consulting environment with client interaction.
Comfortable working on complex financial and operational analyses including legal entity readiness, synergy identification, and transformation planning in a transaction context.
