About This Role
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle including intake meetings, candidate sourcing, evaluation, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation benchmarks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma.
- Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency environment with demonstrated success.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Work Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India; Work Setup: 5 days onsite; Work Hours: APAC 1st Shift.
