Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders; strong numerical aptitude and structured thinking.
Experience working in mobility, financial services, e-commerce, or other high-velocity operational environments with large datasets and cross-functional teams.
Track record of establishing single-source-of-truth data models and driving process automation to improve operational efficiency.
Comfortable working closely with leadership as a strategic partner providing actionable business intelligence and driving measurable impact on key metrics like driver churn and collections.
