Deputy Manager- Operations (Central Operations)

Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks to track fleet utilization, driver retention, maintenance costs, and asset performance across multiple regions.

Analyze operational and financial data to identify revenue leakages, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities to optimize fleet productivity and collections.

Provide data-driven support to central operations for process improvements, accurate reporting, and root-cause analyses related to driver churn, vehicle downtime, and incentive distribution.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in business analytics, operational reporting, or data science; experience in ride-hailing fleets, mobility marketplaces, asset finance, logistics, or quick-commerce preferred.

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders; strong numerical aptitude and structured thinking.

Experience working in mobility, financial services, e-commerce, or other high-velocity operational environments with large datasets and cross-functional teams.

Track record of establishing single-source-of-truth data models and driving process automation to improve operational efficiency.

Comfortable working closely with leadership as a strategic partner providing actionable business intelligence and driving measurable impact on key metrics like driver churn and collections.
