About This Role
- Serve as the primary contact for global customer inquiries and ensure accurate documentation of requirements.
- Coordinate with international operations, shipping teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely logistics execution following global SOPs.
- Support daily logistics, supply chain, and customer service functions while maintaining compliance with cross-border trade and customs processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or related operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office mandatory.
- Work From Office (WFO) in West Tambaram, Chennai location.
- Knowledge of TMS, WMS, CRM software and cross-border trade/customs regulations preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced logistics professional with clear exposure to international logistics and cross-border trade.
- Capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced global logistics environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow SOPs.
