About This Role
- Design, build, and execute system test cases to ensure technical and functional quality as per Validation Strategy.
- Engage in system qualification and integration testing activities following Ficosa's development system and SPICE methodology.
- Analyze, document, and track system test results and defects, collaborating across teams to identify root causes and resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar system test engineering position.
- Fluent in the local language and advanced English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Experienced in system test design, execution, and validation within development projects using formal methodologies like SPICE.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with project teams for requirements analysis, testing strategy, and issue resolution.
- Capable of maintaining detailed documentation and reporting metrics consistently for test activities.
