About This Role
- Lead customer data cleaning and enrichment projects for Eaton's electrical North America business.
- Manage address clean-up, hierarchy assignment, selling relationship assignment, and ensure customer data quality across Customer Data Hub (TPH), Reltio, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate data migration from ERP to CRM, manage data integration between ERP and tools, and communicate project progress to stakeholders to meet agreed SLAs and TATs.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduation in Computer Science or Engineering in any stream.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in customer data analysis, management, and data migration.
- Strong understanding of customer master data and data flow from ERP to middleware and CRM systems.
- Experience with data cleaning, data migration, and working knowledge of related tools (Azure, Salesforce, C360, SAP) is preferred but not mandatory.

- Has a detail-oriented approach with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills focused on identifying and fixing data anomalies.
- Comfortable managing and influencing decisions across multiple teams including sales, marketing, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Experienced with end-to-end data integration and migration projects involving ERP, CRM, and middleware platforms.
