About This Role
- Design and execute test plans to ensure quality and reliability of software products throughout the development life cycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and address customer problems.
- Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and ensure code quality, including coding standards and cybersecurity awareness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics Engineering required.
- 6+ years of experience in software/firmware quality assurance with automation testing and 2+ years in desktop/windows automation testing mandatory.
- Strong programming skills with 4+ years in C#, Java, Python or other scripting languages; experience with test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and desktop automation tools (e.g., Playwright, UFT, WinAppDriver) required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in automation testing with proven ability to ship high-quality products.

- Experienced in developing and designing test automation frameworks independently, showing technical innovation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with software testing best practices, test management tools, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Strong communicator able to handle multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical solutions.
