About This Role
- Define and execute test strategies, plans, and automated test scripts for Enterprise Software Applications in electrical power distribution.
- Develop and maintain scalable test automation suites using C#, Java, or Python within a CI/CD environment to ensure product quality and performance.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, collaborate with development teams, and validate official customer product releases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related Engineering field.
- 3-5 years of software quality assurance experience.
- 3+ years programming experience in Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
- 2+ years experience with web applications and automation framework development or maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in automation testing and quality engineering within enterprise software, especially with Electrical Utility domain knowledge.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, and international teams aligning with US and Canada time zones.
- Proficient in test plan development, continuous integration, debugging, and agile methodologies (SAFe or SCRUM).
