3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Proficient in Core Java and SQL programming.
Hands-on experience with SRE/support tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Servicenow.
Experience implementing TDD and BDD testing techniques and knowledge of Java IoC frameworks like Spring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working in fast-paced, high-profile asset management or financial technology platforms with direct business stakeholder interaction.
Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and responsible AI usage within secure, production-grade software engineering workflows.
Strong debugging skills with a good understanding of CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and messaging/streaming technologies like Kafka or IBM MQ.
