About This Role
- Own the technical strategy and architecture for large-scale, cloud-native systems on Azure (.NET/Java) with an AI-native design focus.
- Integrate and operate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems at production-grade within enterprise platforms.
- Define and enforce engineering standards including CI/CD, observability, testing, IaC, and AI model lifecycle management across the engineering organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years of technical/architectural leadership experience.
- Expertise in .NET or Java stacks including advanced system design and async programming.
- Deep hands-on Azure experience (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, API Management).
- Mandatory proven experience building production systems integrating LLMs, semantic search, or agentic workflows.

- Experienced technical leader capable of setting architectural vision and handling complex, cross-system design challenges.
- Strong cloud-native engineering background with mastery in Azure and microservices architecture for enterprise applications.
