About This Role
- Lead development of AI-powered operational applications, dashboards, and agent-based solutions to monitor and improve systems.
- Translate technical specifications into code, design, and implement enhancements integrating AI frameworks like GenAI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams on automation, incident support, CI/CD, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT (B.E./B.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA).
- Hands-on experience with AI dashboards, Agentic AI frameworks, AI automation, cloud-native development (AWS preferred), and DevOps practices.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering AI-driven operational monitoring systems with strong coding and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams including Product, SRE, and engineering groups on integrated AI solutions.
- Has team lead experience and capable of independently analyzing issues, proposing solutions, and driving implementations in a hybrid work environment.
