About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable backend services and security capabilities using Golang and cloud-native technologies.
- Build and optimize distributed systems for reliable operation across large-scale, high-volume deployment environments involving Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Own features end-to-end from requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, CI/CD, deployment, to production support, collaborating with multiple stakeholders including architecture, product, and customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years professional software engineering experience focused on backend/application development.
- At least 3 years hands-on production experience with Golang development.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments (Docker or Podman).
- At least 2 years experience designing and implementing distributed, cloud-native systems and developing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (e.g., GitLab).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building security, SIEM, observability, data platform, or threat detection solutions within complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and globally deployed service architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex technical initiatives end-to-end and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including architecture, product management, engineering, and customer-facing groups.
