About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software and AI-enabled solutions using Python, React, AWS, and modern engineering practices to deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional product team to refine requirements, participate in product discovery, and ensure continuous product improvement including production reliability and incident response.
- Apply DevOps, CI/CD, automation, automated testing, observability, and responsible AI practices to ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and performant software delivery and operation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, React.js, Java, Postgres SQL, CSS, and AWS.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and automated CI/CD pipelines for integration, testing, delivery, and security.

- Experienced in architecting applications, databases, services, or integrations and supporting full-stack development including front-end, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native platforms.
- Operates effectively in agile product teams collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver iterative, customer-focused solutions.
- Skilled in leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools for development acceleration, automation, and productivity improvements, and committed to continuous engineering and product quality improvements.
