About This Role
- Lead incident, problem, and change management for network infrastructure, including P1 technical bridge coordination and major incident response.
- Act as primary customer interface and escalation point for complex, mission-critical network issues, ensuring timely remediation and service delivery.
- Collaborate globally to manage infrastructure lifecycle, optimize technology use, document processes, and apply AI-assisted automation for analysis and remediation tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in infrastructure disciplines with 5+ years of applied experience.
- Experience in network operations and infrastructure support, including leading P1 technical bridges in a 24x7 global environment.
- Proficiency as a Subject Matter Expert in 2–3 infrastructure technology domains with deep knowledge of network components and management systems.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of risk, controls, and compliance with company-wide standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise-scale network topologies including routing, switching, datacenter fabrics, wireless, and network security/services.
- Skilled in using network troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Cpacket) and enterprise-authorized AI tools for infrastructure workflow automation with strong validation practices.
- Familiar with scripting/automation using Python or Ansible and Linux/version control practices to enhance operational efficiency.
