Monitor system health, performance metrics, and alerts to identify and respond to incidents promptly.
Collaborate with Senior SREs and development teams to support deployment, improve system resiliency, automate tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in capacity planning, incident management, post-incident reviews, security compliance, and documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Moderate level hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles, including experience with designing and maintaining highly available and scalable systems.
Moderate experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
On-site work requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Developing subject matter expert with practical experience in incident response, automation, and troubleshooting in SRE environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Linux/Unix systems, and performance monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
Ability to collaborate across teams to improve reliability, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
