About This Role
- Design, develop, and test software modules and applications, including cloud-based and micro-services environments.
- Develop and execute automated testing and software deployment; contribute to code refactoring and code review processes.
- Develop large scale distributed systems integrating telemetry data and ML/AI algorithms; manage multi-vendor infrastructure prototypes and demos.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 8 years total software development experience including at least 4 years of ServiceNow module development.
- Strong hands-on experience with core ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Configuration, Knowledge Management, and mobile app customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (H2H, tool integrations such as Splunk, Netcool, SolarWinds) and instance upgrades, including domain-separated instances.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Hybrid working setup; Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and Agile certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile and Lean methodologies, Continuous Delivery / DevOps, working effectively with geo-distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong skills in developing micro-services, RESTful APIs, and applying ML/AI algorithms on large datasets within ServiceNow environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow components including Workflows, Flow Designer, Service Portal, Integration Hub, and core scripting and policies abilities.
