About This Role
- Designs and delivers market-leading technology products in Asset and Wealth Management Technology using agile methodologies.
- Collaborates directly with Investment Teams, Traders, and Portfolio Managers to bridge communication and influence technical decisions.
- Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools and software development lifecycle tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
- Proficient in Core Java, SQL, and hands-on experience with SRE/support tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, ServiceNow.
- Experience with TDD and BDD techniques and knowledge of IoC frameworks like Spring and messaging/streaming technologies such as Kafka or IBM MQ.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

- Experienced software engineer familiar with financial domain technology solutions in asset and wealth management.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-profile agile teams that deploy frequently to production and influence product design.
- Familiar with advanced engineering concepts including CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and responsible AI usage in software development workflows.
