About This Role
- Lead implementation of DevOps and SRE practices focusing on reliability, performance, and observability using Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Drive SRE technology roadmap and manage SLIs, SLOs, and metrics like MTTR, deployment frequency, and error budgets.
- Participate in on-call rotations, perform incident management and troubleshooting, and collaborate with application teams to improve operational maturity and system performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-12 years general IT experience with 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles supporting production infrastructure.
- Expertise in Dynatrace and Splunk, strong knowledge of CI/CD and observability (monitoring, logging, tracing).
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP); English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

- Experienced SRE professional skilled in operating high-availability, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed production systems.
