About This Role
- Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable UI components using Lit (Web Components) compatible across React, Angular, and Vue frameworks.
- Design intuitive component APIs (Inputs, Outputs, Slots) that enable easy integration and consumption by thousands of developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA), and align with Agile processes including testing and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of front-end development experience with Enterprise Software applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Mandatory proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and Agile tooling (Rally).
- 3+ years working closely with UX Designers with demonstrated proficiency in Figma’s Dev Mode; experience in AI-assisted development tools is also mandatory.

- Experienced in scalable UI design and development within large enterprise environments, familiar with multi-framework integration.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability from design through delivery and maintenance of UI components.
- Proficient in integrating accessibility standards and collaborating across architecture, UX, QA, and DevOps in Agile teams.
