About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, stable, and scalable software solutions for Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity while ensuring validation via peer reviews and automated testing.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and analyze data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with T24 coding and modules such as AC, DE, IC, TWS, IF, TAFJ; in-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 Banking Application or similar products.
- Experience working in Agile development including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and estimation.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to work with complex banking software focusing on interest, tax, payment processing, accounting, reporting, and business closing operations.
- Experience operating in a large corporate environment with modern programming and database querying languages.
- Demonstrated capability to integrate AI-assisted tools responsibly and to innovate system architecture and code quality through data-driven insights.
