About This Role
- Design, build, and deliver production-ready software across mobile (React Native preferred), web, APIs, and backend services for hospitality platforms.
- Own software quality, reliability, performance, and security from development through production, including mentoring other engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and contribute to architecture, code reviews, engineering standards, and use AI-powered developer tools throughout the development process.
Minimum Requirements
- Commercial software engineering experience delivering production applications.
- Experience in mobile development with React Native preferred; Flutter experience also considered.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, testing, CI/CD practices, APIs, cloud platforms, and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Devin, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer comfortable working across mobile, web, and backend technologies and rapidly learning new tools.
- Experienced in adopting AI-assisted development tools integrated into workflow for coding, testing, and documentation.
- Comfortable contributing technically and collaboratively in cross-functional teams within a product-driven environment serving the hospitality sector.
