Experience applying Generative AI capabilities in testing or BAU work; working knowledge of Agile frameworks (SCRUM/SAFe) and Agile POD/Squad models.
Strong technical ownership with demonstrated expertise in test automation and AI-tool integration in a fast-paced Agile SCRUM setting.
Comfortable operating independently while collaborating across scrum teams, with a focus on improving ROI and testing effectiveness through automation and AI.
Experience driving organizational quality engineering initiatives and continuous process improvement aligned with strategic product delivery goals.
