About This Role
- Lead incident, problem, and change management for network infrastructure, including coordinating high-severity P1 technical bridges and communications.
- Serve as the primary contact for operational support, risk management, vendor/client relationships, and lifecycle management of network infrastructure.
- Use deep network expertise and AI-assisted tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex, mission-critical issues across multiple infrastructure domains, while driving service evolution and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure disciplines with formal training or certification.
- Experience in network operations and infrastructure support including leading P1 technical bridges.
- Proficiency as a Subject Matter Expert in 2–3 infrastructure technology domains with deep knowledge of network components and tracking systems.
- Experience working in a global 24x7 mission-critical environment involving multiple vendors and customer relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced operator comfortable acting autonomously under pressure managing enterprise-scale network infrastructure in a global environment.
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination and risk/compliance management with strong communication skills to explain technical issues to management.
- Familiar with AI-assisted infrastructure workflows and validation, leveraging scripting (Python/Ansible) and tools like protocol analyzers to automate and optimize network operations.
