About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product design including a complete product redesign and building scalable design systems.
- Define and execute user experience strategy focusing on usability improvements and seamless onboarding to enhance customer retention.
- Work directly with founders to align design strategy with business objectives and ship high-quality, independent design work.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of product design experience with end-to-end ownership, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products.
- Advanced skills in Figma and experience with interactive prototyping tools; basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating product design projects from strategy to execution.
- Work Experience Required: 4–6 years in product design.

- Experienced in building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex AI-related products.
