About This Role
- Lead end-to-end data migration, cleansing, governance, and validation activities for the ERP upgrade project.
- Coordinate with functional leads across finance functions (R2R, S2P, O2C, Enabling Functions) to ensure data readiness and manage master data management activities including standards and stewardship.
- Track data quality metrics through migration cycles and manage risks, issues, and escalations related to data readiness across multiple global stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 6–10 years of project management experience with at least 3 years focused on data migration, master data management (MDM), or data governance in ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with ERP data structures such as SAP or Oracle and data migration tools/methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and ability to coordinate across global onshore/offshore teams.
