About This Role
- Own delivery of a citizen development platform enabling business users to create and manage low-code/no-code applications within power, utilities, and renewables sector.
- Coordinate cross-departmental requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and lead user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for platform utilization and manage ongoing platform performance with support and operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-18 years of overall IT experience.
- Proficiency in bridging technical and business perspectives for platform alignment.
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Skills in designing and delivering training programs tailored to varied user groups.
