About This Role
- Own and drive the entire lifecycle and roadmap of an enterprise-scale AIOps platform including growth, feature ideation, and market adoption.
- Lead integration and automation initiatives across multiple IT operation tooling domains including monitoring, ITSM, and orchestration platforms.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-enhanced IT operations solutions with a focus on event management, automation workflows, and platform stability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT Operations, Incident Management, monitoring/observability tools, ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy), and automation/orchestration tools (e.g., StackStorm).
- Experience with large-scale enterprise AIOps or Observability platforms and cloud/hybrid environments.
- Location requirement: Pune.

- Senior leader comfortable managing complex, cross-domain enterprise platforms involving AI, automation, and IT operations tooling.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and lead Agile delivery processes in large organizations.
- Experienced in handling stakeholder management and strategic alignment of AI-driven IT operations products within an enterprise environment.
