Hands-on experience with backlog management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Experienced in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) including participation in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events.
Able to balance multiple stakeholder perspectives with a focus on highest-value outcomes and effective communication across technical and business teams.
Familiar with Lean UX, design thinking, architectural concepts, and preferably holding Agile certifications such as CSPO or SAFe PO/PM.
