About This Role
- Own and drive national P&L performance for Tile Adhesives & Tile Grouts across India, targeting revenue, profitability, market share, and growth.
- Lead and scale dedicated national sales teams for both Project and Retail channels, building partnerships with contractors, applicators, and distributors.
- Develop and execute strategies for market segmentation, product category management, brand building, customer engagement, and team capability development.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–18+ years relevant sales/business management experience, specifically in tile adhesives or related construction chemicals.
- Experience managing a large, multi-regional or national sales organization and distributor/dealer networks.
- Graduate degree mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian construction, building materials, and retail ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven business leader capable of driving high-growth strategies in tile adhesives, construction chemicals, or adjacent categories.
- Experienced in building and scaling sales teams across Project and Retail channels with multi-stakeholder engagement.
