About This Role
- Engage and onboard e/BL shippers and consignees by discussing and implementing ZIM e/BL solutions, including registration and basic setup support.
- Maintain updated communication and information exchange (V-Cards) between all parties involved in the e/BL process.
- Monitor customer performance, handle client complaints, escalate issues to relevant departments, and ensure tracking and reporting compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
- 1-5 years of shipping experience required.
- Proven sales experience mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with shipping industry processes and electronic bill of lading (e/BL) solutions.
- Experience in client engagement, onboarding and technical support within a shipping sales context.
- Comfortable managing escalations, problem-solving, and cross-department coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and service continuity.
