About This Role
- Lead development and preparation of detailed budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans for specific Finance Sub-Functions within a ~$700m Global Finance Function P&L.
- Manage execution of Finance Sub-Function strategies, enforce BPA processes and policies, and ensure adherence to financial planning and month-end closing procedures across multiple countries and regions.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and decision support, including variance explanations and cross-functional initiatives within and beyond Finance BPA functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of finance experience within pharmaceutical industry and/or other industries at country and HQ levels.
- University Degree in Finance & Accounting or similar business degree; MBA and Chartered Accountant or equivalent are desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong AI capabilities focused on process automation and continuous improvement.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years.
