About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial support for Mobility Business group and program portfolios at Eaton India Innovation Center (EIIC).
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, cost management, billing, and financial governance for Mobility programs and initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards, support stakeholder communication, and drive finance process improvements and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Costing, or Management Accounting; CA/CWA/CMA/MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years experience in Finance Business Partnering, Project Accounting, or FP&A, preferably in engineering or R&D.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, Power BI, Power Apps, AI, ERP/planning systems (Oracle), and timesheet tools (Tenrox).
- Work Experience Required: 7–10 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a matrix environment supporting engineering/R&D financials and program portfolios.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, process/product costing, and automation/BI tools.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to align financial planning and governance within a complex business setup.
