About This Role
- Analyze and transform healthcare data from sources like claims, eligibility, provider, encounter, and supplemental data to meet business needs.
- Translate functional requirements from HEDIS team into technical requirements and user stories; perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and Databricks.
- Partner with engineering to deliver HEDIS product enhancements, implement data quality checks, support HEDIS submission cycles, and develop Power BI dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Experience with HEDIS data sources, data ingestion, and extraction.
- Work Experience Required: Over 5+ years of healthcare IT experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare data analytics with focus on HEDIS measures and STAR ratings.
- Able to bridge functional and technical teams to translate requirements effectively and contribute to data platform maturity.
- Skilled in SQL, Databricks, Power BI, and data quality assurance processes in healthcare context.
