About This Role
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships to deliver HR solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead and guide People Leaders on performance and talent management including attraction, development, and retention.
- Drive process improvements and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance HR processes such as talent and performance management, leadership development, and organizational design.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA, Master’s Degree, or PGDM (full-time) required.
- At least 2 years of client-facing or consulting experience, plus 2 years in Human Resources.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Google Suite products.
- Work Experience Required: At least 2 years of combined HR and client-facing or consulting experience.

- Experienced in managing HR processes end-to-end, including performance management and leadership development.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic HR partnership in dynamic business environments.
- Comfortable integrating technologies and project management practices to improve HR operations.
