About This Role
- Design and deliver people-based solutions and execute people strategies for assigned business units/teams.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, productivity, and talent management within allocated functions.
- Partner with product teams and CoEs, manage key HR metrics, and provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in HR with strong business partnering background.
- Hands-on experience in core HR domains.
- MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
- Location: Hyderabad (DTI Waverock SEZ).

- Capable of acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders and driving HR initiatives with measurable impact.
