About This Role
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding for the India Development Center.
- Support day-to-day HR functions ensuring compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws, while maintaining accurate employee records and liaising with payroll, finance, and IT teams.
- Assist Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, and facilitating offer and onboarding processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
- Experience with HR systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, or BambooHR.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance implied (preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end HR operations within a fast-growing technology or product organization, preferably with exposure to engineering recruitment.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment with high attention to detail.
- Capable of supporting employee engagement, HR analytics, and compliance initiatives while working independently as the People function scales.
