About This Role
- Provide end-to-end Talent Acquisition operational support across APAC and Europe, including interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage employee lifecycle HR operations such as benefits administration, payroll input validation, and HR documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, and process simplification to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
- Shift flexibility to support APAC and Europe business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM).

- Experienced in cross-regional HR or TA operations with ability to handle multi-stakeholder coordination in fast-paced environments.
- Strong affinity for leveraging technology, AI, and automation to optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
