Experienced in cross-regional HR or TA operations with ability to handle multi-stakeholder coordination in fast-paced environments.
Strong affinity for leveraging technology, AI, and automation to optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures for consistent service quality.
