About This Role
- Own end-to-end order to cash process including order handling, dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and last mile delivery for PAN India.
- Manage distribution cost, transportation, customer service operations, and related MIS, aiming for >79% in full delivery target.
- Lead cross-functional coordination and drive cost/time optimization initiatives including digitalization efforts and insurance claims settlement.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years experience in cost management, order management, transportation, customer service, and MIS.
- Authorization to work locally in India; no relocation support provided.
- Work Location: Pune Chakan DC; Hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale supply chain functions with cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Strong operational ownership demonstrated by handling delivery planning and cost management of ~1.5 Cr INR annual transportation budget.
- Comfortable leading digital transformation initiatives and process improvements within supply chain operations.
