About This Role
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions to enhance go-to-market (GTM) operations and drive business value.
- Develop AI-powered proof-of-concepts and pilot solutions, working closely with Commercial Operations and GTM leadership to translate business requirements into practical AI-enabled workflows.
- Drive adoption of AI applications across platforms like ChatGPT, Salesforce Agentforce, and Microsoft Copilot while ensuring compliant deployment and providing user support and training.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in technology, operations, business systems, AI, automation, or related fields.
- Practical experience using generative AI platforms and designing prompts or automation workflows.
- Location: Mumbai with Hybrid work mode; 2pm - 11pm shift.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI solutions within commercial or go-to-market operations to solve business challenges operationally.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse business stakeholders and translate needs into technical AI solutions.
- Comfortable operating in global business settings with professional or B2B service environment exposure.
