About This Role
- Own and optimize the internal Elastic Stack deployment for the Dassault 3DX PLM platform, including cluster management, query tuning, and index lifecycle management.
- Design, implement, and operate comprehensive proactive monitoring, alerting, and automated health checks leveraging Elastic Stack, Kibana visualizations, and alerting rules to ensure platform reliability and SLA adherence.
- Drive performance analysis and optimization, security and compliance enforcement, automation tooling development, and provide cross-team collaboration and technical guidance to maintain platform uptime and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar with strong focus on monitoring, observability, and incident management.
- Proven experience designing and managing monitoring and alerting systems using ELK/Elastic Stack and/or Dynatrace.
- Experience working with PLM platforms like Dassault Systèmes 3DX or Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tooling development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical expertise with Elastic Stack including advanced ES|QL and KQL query authoring, custom Kibana visualizations (Vega/Vega-Lite), and cluster performance tuning.
- Experienced in supporting mission-critical engineering/manufacturing data platforms with focus on reliability and proactive issue detection.
- Operates effectively at the intersection of infrastructure and application teams, providing actionable monitoring insights, documentation, and operational enablement.
