About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of experienced software engineers focused on YouTube Live streaming for living room (TV) surfaces.
- Provide technical leadership including defining roadmaps, managing full-stack development, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Drive engineering process discipline, roadmap prioritization, and resource allocation for live streaming product initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
- Minimum 3 years in a technical leadership role managing projects.
- Minimum 3 years in a people management or team leadership role.
